well.. i truly dunno what the buzz is all about..
today is the by-electn at P-P..
then what?
im not really into the political scene. coz i know nothing about it. except for the unavoidable scandal that seems to be on the headline everyday. so apart from our dearest or not so dearest PM, whichever is applicable to you, dun ask me to name names. or cite any manifesto. coz im bad in that.
shame to say.
but i can carry a conversation if my life depends on it.
so, im good that way.
thank GOD for headlines!!!!
so what i need to know is that what is the impact of winning this one state to the whole country - as a whole?
ok fine. i understand about having someone in the parliament. but wouldnt the wifey fulfilled that criteria already? would it make any difference if the hubby in the parliament?
voice-wise? topic-wise maybe??
well - maybe the debate would be even more debate-able. but thats just words. debates are at the end of the day, debates. what exactly are we looking into? would it bring any benefits to me as a citizen? or would it cause such a political turmoil in this country that MAY or may not caused most if not all investors stand back for a while and observe whats gonna happen - and meanwhile, our country takes the greatest hit coz truthfully, i dont know which direction this country is going.
one minute - fuel gone up like crazy making low income group people like me becoming poorer and poorer - in the sense that, i cant really enjoy the fruits of my labour - with less than 24 hours notice. yeah. i know it has been reduced recently.. like THAT gonna make any difference.
and whatever quota they were talking about in one of the local uni that was meant for a particular 'people' in this country - i mean - thats just 10% for crying outloud - or has that been changed recently and do away with???
i'd say fight for your own place. u want a placement - work hard for it. why do one need a placement guaranteed?? these are not disabled people we are talking about. these are citizen to begin with and why should there be any difference? you have the brain - go ahead. you have the money - go ahead. even better.
why are these people fighting for quotas in the first place?
why not use 'brain' as a yardstick rather than 'colour'??
so as i was saying - i dont know what im talking about.
having zero knowledge - none whatsoever - im still wondering now,
.... what is the buzz all about.
