Christmas Dinner..

christmas dinner went really well.

we were not sure how many people can make it.. so, we just based it on our already big family. somehow.. there were lots of turn ups. we were abit scared that we didnt prepared enough coz we didnt actually prepared for that high turnups. but you know the story about the wine and fishes that never finishes.. thats what happened that night. and still lots to spare.

yeah. it was a miracle to tell u the truth.

hah. or maybe the food just wasnt nice enough.

hehheheheh...

potato salad - aka mashed potato.. not supposed to be mashed.. but terover boiled.. coz i lupa check..

JK's meatloaf.. she said tidak jadi.. but for me.. taste like meat also.. so.. kira jadi la tu..

LK's preparing her spaghetti. it was the main dish. so.. pressure-pressure!!!

MK's menu was done the night before. choc cake... sedap i tell u..
(just to take glory.. it was my recipe.. heheh)

preparation - as always - is last minute. but as miracle goes.. we managed to finish on time to mandi-manda after that.. the preparation itself was eventful. lots of arahan.. lots of 'alamakkkk'.. lots of 'how ah??'.. lots of 'cukup ka this??..' i didnt get to do sandwiches this year.. coz they were not too keen on it.

so.. i did potato salad instead. it was ok. i guess.. tho ashton's face changed when he tasted it. he asked me, "who make this??"

"why?? nice....???"

he geleng-geleng kepala only..

"you want some more??"

"dun wan..."

jahat kan.. there goes my sweat and tears ...

we did quite a nice candle light settings.. CK couldnt make it for the dinner... but her spirit is there.. as in her candles.. hahha.. just for the record, it was JK's idea to put the candle there.. so, CK.. go and teriak si JK.. my inputs were just those snowmans and stuff..

some of us had to sit at the bar coz meja too full.. enough for 14 people only.. we didnt do it at the conference room coz tidak sempat kasih bersih..

hahhaha... and nobody rajin enough..

... it was abit hot there.. but can la..

didnt take alot of pictures.. some of it i had to bluetooth transfer from LK's phone.. hehe.. kinda busy bah going here and there - bubut camera.. and eating.. and other stuff..

yup.. after makan.. we actually did the poco-poco.. it goes on for hours.. like literally 2 hours if not more. i was too full to even stand.. i make myself busy and entertained myself by looking at them and laughing when they cant follow the steps..

easy bah that.. two steps forward.. swing front and back.. two steps back.. swing front and back... two steps right then left... something like that la.. hehheehe

if i can do the macarena.. im sure i can get the hang of this one too..

confident much??

it was eventful. i love every minute of it..

mental note though. for next year reference. nenek perempuan & dad doesnt really do western. so.. next year.. it has been decided.. we are going back to our roots..

do what u do best.

im taking tuhau and terung. coz its the easiest.. so... to the rest of the sis.. dont take my menu.
