i love reading. ok that is an understatement of the year.
im a total geek. i cant go one day without reading.
anything.
i love my sleepless night if i spent it on reading. yeah.. its a lonely life.
damn.
thats what lead me to write my own novel. something i hope i can read one day over and over again. as though im trying to make it novel of the year kinda-thing.
i used to write when i was in my teens. short story & stuff like that. but i notice my character love to die on me. its almost like korean movie where everybody dies! i mean, that is not - SO NOT - the life i want to portray.
well, back to my novel. its written over simple english - no usage of bombastic word and all. coz when my finger starts doing its thing on my laptop.. they are no stopping at thesaurus at every few sentence. i have no time for that.
and yeah.. there are no love scenes.. coz i couldnt write any single love scenes if my life depends on it. it almost seems like a give a way. as though im writing my most personal intimate thought. i tried but i wouldnt want my 1st attempt in writing turn into a big phonograpic novel... haha.. so no love scenes. im not sure if my character actually do 'it' now that i think about it. im guessing they do. but not while im writing it. its behind the scene story. hah... but they do get to kiss.
coz kissing is something. you get alot of thing from that first kiss.
the first kiss with certain someone is always and will only be the real kiss, the most meaningful one, you'll ever get with a certain someone. the rest will only be routine and compulsory. or something. maybe you just stop completely at some point.
thats the beauty of being single & fabulous (ahem!!). you get to experience alot of first.

the theme is of course love story. it wouldn't be me if its not. im a romantic to the core. i believe in all thing romance. i believe in love. though it doesnt necessarily believe in me.
but anyways..
Thing is, i'm halfway through.. i love the female character. her name is samantha. simply coz i love the name. she's almost like me. wierd and all.
and there are two guys in the story. both were based on the best male species i've ever encountered in my life. hah!!! with a little .. err... more-wide-out of this world exaggerations..
ok. they're twins. identical twins to be exact. coz i dont want any comparisons made based on their looks. yes!! of course they're good looking. not so much on judging them by their looks. but truly, the novel wouldn't work if they look like say.. mr bean? i mean would you for real watch love story where mr bean (with all his glory) is the main character??
nuff said.
at one time, in my head they look like brad pitt... yeah imagine two brad pitts in the world adoring you. id die!!!! literally die!!! and im telling you. i, me.. wouldnt mind that a bit. After a while.. they kinda look like - in my head - joshua jackson coz im just SO addicted with him. now... they look like david cook... and i cant change that in my head... damn!!
what happen to andy garcia?? well, he is THE man. i wouldnt want to ruin him - even if its only in my head.
i got a little carried away with their characters. the male species i meant.
now... im stuck. i truly dunno who to end up with.. and when i say 'I', i meant samantha.
is it possible for a girl to have her cake and eat it too??
is that even the right terminology???
the story line getting hot.
and i need a break from that.
but i need vision.
