finally, april is over.
that must've been the longest month ever..

well.. as i said earlier, my dad came over.
he had stop smoking for 20++ days now.. that is an accomplishment and i must say, he does have that strong will not to give in even when around smokers... though, i know it very well that the temptation to give in is very very strong.. and to breath in smokey air is like breathing the fresh-est air..

hmm... think so. i never actually tried to give in to the temptation coz the need to actually give in has - so far - YET to arrive.
yeahhh... im still waiting for my heart to stop beating then who knows...

hah..

but i would like to give a standing ovation to my dad... bravo-bravo.
i hope he continues with his strong will.

i had a nice time spending time with my dad.
seeing him doing much better than the last time i saw him really did uplift my spirit.

we went to our favorite bookstore (actually any bookstore is our favorite..) and spent hours inside. i was hoping to 'kasih ikut' my books together with my dad's. but when i was Q-ing at the cashier, he was already outside with VSK.

damn!!
but i found a good book.
and yes. i would recommend this book to anybody..
the female species that is.

then we went to the Archbishop's place. My dad and a group of people went for the mass. Me, CK & VSK went there for the makan...

sedap... i tell u..

and having met 'Your Grace' - which is how we are supposed to addressed him as (i didnt knew it then..), i felt like all my 'issues' has been somewhat ... gone?? ok maybe not. but less of a burden. YG was very friendly and very approachable. I felt welcome and surprisingly, not like fish out of water.

considering the fact that im not THAT alim..

and after that, my dad wanted to hang out with some of his gang..
so while he did he 'hanging out'-stuff, we waited outside and ran into old friends..

wah.. what a day..




it was a nice day.
from start to finish.

then yesterday, we went to MPH warehouse sales which is like a shopping haven for me. yup... there goes this month's budget.

i am now with 10 books to read and yet no time to read.
looks like i had to give up my beauty sleep the next few days..

oya.. one more thing.
